Brief Biography:
Dr. Anees Zaka was born in the Middle East and holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, master's dergrees in theology, and a doctorate in missiology. He has pastored churches in the Middle East and is the founder of Church Without Walls In North America. Dr. Zaka lectures on Islamics and Urban Missions at Westminster Seminary and the Center for Urban Theological Studies in Philadelphia. Dr. Zaka has a PH.D in Islamic and Christian Thoughy from the American University of Biblical Studies.
Church Without Walls was founded by Dr. Zaka a decade ago in Philadelphia as the "traveling expression of God's People." It has served as a model for Bible-believing churches to reach out to their Muslim neighbors and to share with them the Gospel of Christ. The specific ministry focus is on North American Muslims who gather in mosques on a weekly basis. Church Without Walls has concentrated on knowing how to handle the vast differences and difficulties that Muslims feel toward the Gospel of Christ.
In addition to being the founder and senior missionary of Church Without Walls, Dr. Zaka is a consultant with Presbyterian Evangelistic Fellowship. Dr. Zaka is married and has three children.
